Save Money by Serving Weed Instead of Booze at Your Wedding

According to a recent survey conducted by The Knot, the average cost of a wedding is about $31,213.
In response, Yahoo calculated that you can actually save more money by serving weed instead of alcohol at your event:
“According to weed wedding experts Mic spoke with, serving pot at your wedding can cost a lot less than serving alcohol (like, $5,250 less).”
I don’t know about you, but I can do a lot with a few extra thousand dollars in my life.
So of course I started thinking about all the cool ways you could serve up the ganja at your wedding. Weed bar instead of alcohol? Check. Marijuana wedding favors presented in adorable apothecary jars? Check. And pot gives a whole new meaning to edible wedding favors.
You could even set up a little lounge with cushions and couches so your guests can chill out while they get high. Throw some bongs, hookahs, pipes, and bowls–everyone’s happy. And don’t forget about hiring a budtender.
Plus, with all the munchies, you can be sure all that food you paid for won’t go to waste.
